Actor Rahul Arunoday Banerjee Passes Away During Shoot in Talsari
In a shocking turn of events that has sent ripples of grief through the Bengali film and television industry, popular actor Rahul Arunoday Banerjee has passed away. The 43-year-old actor reportedly breathed his last following a tragic incident during a film shoot in Talsari, near Digha, on Sunday evening.
The Incident
According to preliminary reports from the shooting floor, Rahul was in Talsari for the filming of his latest project (reportedly the mega-serial Bhole Baba Paar Karega). Sources indicate that the actor entered the water during a sequence and began to struggle. While early rumors suggested a sudden heart attack led to his collapse, local reports and crew members state that he was pulled from the water by technicians after appearing to drown.
He was rushed to a nearby medical facility in a critical condition, where doctors later pronounced him dead.
